The stuff that really matters!

OUTREACH CORNER

The SMMOI are currently looking for outreach ideas to focus on for the coming year. Please bring ideas to the next meeting, 3/27.

Time for Golf!

Keep your calendar open April 30th for the SMMOI golf outing. Stay tuned for details.

Golfisms -
  1. You can hit a 2-acre fairway 10% of the time and a 2-inch branch 90% of the time.
  2. Don't buy a putter until you've had a chance to throw it.
  3. Every time a golfer makes a birdie, he must subsequently make 2 triple bogeys to restore the fundamental equilibrium of the universe.
  4. No matter how bad you are playing, it's always possible to play worse.
  5. If you really want to get better at golf, go back and take it up at a much earlier age.

Next SMMOI Meeting Sunday, 3/27 7:00 pm

We are now...SMMOI

ST. MARGARET'S MEN OF IRONSIDE (SMMOI)

"Ironside" comes from St. Margaret's grandfather, Edmund. He was given the name "because of his valor" in resisting Danish forces in the early 11th century. St. Margaret so admired her grandfather, she named her second born son Edmund of Scotland.
