This Saturday, March 6 our monthly men's breakfast will be a special one. We'll be joined by guest speaker Stewart Stout, who will tell the incredible story of his beautiful daughter Hope. Hope was diagnosed with cancer at age 12. When approached by the Make A Wish Foundation to offer her a dream wish of her choice, Hope surprised everyone. Instead of asking for an elaborate trip or gift, Hope stated that her wish was to grant the wish of all 155 children who were Make A Wish waiting list.
Her wish would cost over a million dollars to grant. But with the help of the Carolina Panthers, Keith Larson of WBT and the great people of Charlotte...over $1.4 million was raised in four short weeks. Hope lost her battle with cancer soon after stating her wish, but her legacy continues today.
Come hear Hope's story through the loving words of her father. If you are a dad and have ever tucked your children in at night with a "kiss and I love you", you won't want to miss this special event.
